A couple years ago I would blast this song in my car as I was driving around at night. This song always made me really happy at a dark time in my life, yet it made me cry because it reminded me of all the people I’d lost & the pain I’d experienced. I don’t think there’s a definition in the English language for feeling both happy & sad at the same time. But if there was it would be “The View”.
I dunno if anyone would be interested, but I’ve finally made an 8tracks playlist. It’s more on the “indie rock” side of genres. I hope that maybe a few of you would give it a listen and possibly enjoy it. :)
